The Agency Enlists Award-Winning Creatives David Mikula and Jamie Kim to Further Evolve Its Process for Brand-Led Innovation.
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jun 17, 2014) - Innovation agency Redscout announced today that it has named David Mikula as its Creative Director and Jamie Kim as its Director of Creative Production. Mikula and Kim will lead Redscout's creative department in partnership with Redscout's Industrial Design Director Gina Reimann. Both will report to Redscout's Founder and CEO Jonah Disend, and will be based in its New York headquarters.

As the Creative Director, Mikula is responsible for overseeing Redscout's creative department including all aspects of creative output across the agency's offerings that will enable the agency's clients to shape the futures of their brands through innovation. Most recently, Mikula was a Creative Director at Digital Kitchen and prior to that he worked as a Creative at Wieden + Kennedy. During his career, he has worked with brands such as Nike, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Whole Foods, Dodge and Coca-Cola to create award-winning user experiences, products and campaigns. Mikula's work has achieved high recognition from awards shows such as Cannes, CLIO, One Show, Communication Arts, SXSW, Addy, Webby and FWA.

With over 10 years of international experience, she brings a varied range of multi-national and multi-disciplinary expertise. During her career, she has worked across the world spanning from Tokyo, Rome, Toronto, San Francisco, Amsterdam and now New York City. Most recently, Kim was a Founding Partner at WE ARE PI. Prior to that, she held roles at Wieden + Kennedy as a Senior Producer and AKQA as a Digital Producer. Her work has earned numerous industry accolades including an Effie Award, Cannes, Webby Award, D&AD, FWA and Eurobest.
